Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver AI, ML, and GenAI solutions from experimentation through scalable production deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, data engineers, and data operations teams to move prototypes into production.
- Build reusable deployment approaches and solution templates for AI initiatives.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket or equivalent tools.
- Deploy and support production systems on Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Implement environment separation, deployment automation, safe promotion, monitoring, alerting, logging, and deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot production issues across pipelines, integrations, and AI applications and drive root-cause remediation.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, stability, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, or MLOps-related roles.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, release practices, and production operational support.
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and source control using Bitbucket or an equivalent.
- Proven experience deploying and supporting production systems.
- Experience with data or AI platforms such as Snowflake, or strong interest in learning new platforms.
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML and data engineering teams to operationalize AI-driven applications and data-intensive workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting or programming languages.
- Familiarity with containerized environments such as Docker.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI or data-driven applications, APIs, services, or lightweight user interfaces such as Streamlit or React.
- Preferred: experience with integrations, authentication and authorization, secure connectivity, SSO/OAuth, service accounts, or API integrations.
- Preferred: exposure to Tableau or analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Preferred: experience in financial services, fintech, or investment management.
