Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy based on risk and ROI.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for firmware quality initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience as a hands-on software developer.
- Strong technical skills in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test execution at scale.
- Experience testing embedded systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership.
- Commitment to leveraging AI tools in testing processes.
