Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test solutions and tooling.
- Extend and improve test frameworks for reliability and performance.
- Translate product requirements into effective test strategies.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and address them proactively.
- Advocate for best practices in testing and quality.
- Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline stability.
- Independently scope, plan, and execute testing efforts for projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and uphold quality standards.
- Provide guidance and code review feedback to other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, test automation, or related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Java.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD systems, with Appium as a plus.
