Responsibilities

Empathize with end-users to drive balanced solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Own software solutions deployed to customers, optimizing for end-user value.
Design and implement scalable software for next-generation platforms.
Contribute to the design and development of reusable software components across product lines.
Develop software for robotic platforms using various technologies.
Execute development processes for vehicle and mission software, including lifecycle testing.
Create test and simulation fixtures for software and hardware integration.
Support vehicle manufacturing and deployment.
Mentor junior Software Engineers and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users or other teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in relevant domains.
Strong systems and application programming skills, including algorithms and software design.
Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to work holistically on software capabilities through design, implementation, and sustainment.
Capacity to act as a technical owner for software services, including stakeholder engagement.
Ability to learn and mentor junior team members effectively.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
