Responsibilities
- Architect and lead enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants, and AI workflow automation platforms.
- Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation through production deployment.
- Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Build scalable AI platforms using cloud-native services and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Work with clients to define AI strategies, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience is required, with the mandatory section specifying 5–8 years of technology experience and 3+ years of GenAI/LLM engineering.
- Strong expertise in LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, AI governance, Responsible AI, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python and software engineering background.
- Experience building AI copilots and enterprise AI platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include experience leading AI engineering teams, exposure to AI product management and solution architecture, and experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search.
- Relevant Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor of Technology or an equivalent listed qualification such as BE, BTech, MCA, or MBA.
