Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the kdb+ analytics stack for a global cash equities electronic trading platform.
- Participate in technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with IT and Quant teams throughout the application lifecycle.
- Work with production support on maintenance, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Advise on architecture, design, technology choices, platform direction, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with kdb+ core.
- Strong understanding of tick architecture and other kdb+ application patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of programming best practices and design patterns.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team and learn new domain knowledge quickly.
