Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver Adyen’s next-generation knowledge platform for contextual knowledge delivery through AI-native interfaces.
- Design, configure, and orchestrate AWS serverless pipelines that ingest and process documentation from Git repositories and headless CMS platforms.
- Define graph schemas and ontologies and write optimized, idempotent queries for updating and querying the graph database.
- Build high-performance retrieval APIs for developer environments and AI agents.
- Implement instrumentation, validation rules, and automated controls to detect documentation drift and preserve platform integrity.
- Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, engineering teams, and cloud teams on secure and resilient deployments.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence and performance.
Requirements
- Deep production experience with Python.
- Proficiency designing serverless orchestrations with AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda.
- Experience with graph databases, specifically Neo4j and Cypher, and with developing data ontologies.
- Experience building content-ingestion or ETL pipelines that transform unstructured content from sources such as Git or headless CMS platforms into graph databases.
- Experience designing performant APIs for complex retrieval.
- Solid Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Pulumi and familiarity collaborating with teams managing Amazon EKS/Kubernetes workloads.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate strategy into technical initiatives and communicate with engineering and writing audiences.
- Knowledge of GraphRAG patterns or vector embedding integration such as Amazon Bedrock is a strong plus.
