Base Salary
$153k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI solutions using current AI research and techniques to solve customer problems.
- Build and own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across diverse domains.
- Present technical work at conferences and act as an internal and external thought leader.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.
- Communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated industry experience designing, building, and deploying production GenAI and LLM applications at scale.
- Experience building GenAI applications involving RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning, using tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and DSPy.
- Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with common machine learning and data science tools including pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying production-grade machine learning applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing.
- Passion for collaboration, lifelong learning, and delivering business value through AI.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately once every 4–8 weeks as needed.
