Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer and lead technical discovery and solutioning.
- Own end-to-end technical integrations and deployments from scoping and architecture through go-live and optimization.
- Configure and customize the voice AI platform for restaurant menus, ordering flows, POS integrations, and operational edge cases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live deployments, serving as an escalation point when needed.
- Build deployment tools, playbooks, reference architectures, and reusable building blocks.
- Translate deployment challenges and customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent software engineering skills with hands-on experience writing code, reading logs, and shipping fixes.
- Comfort working across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and customer technology stacks.
- Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders and communicate calmly under pressure.
- Strong ownership, urgency, adaptability, and effectiveness in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort using AI coding tools and experimenting with advanced AI capabilities.
- Preferred experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI systems.
- Preferred experience in an early-stage or founder-led startup environment.
- Preferred experience embedded within a large enterprise customer product deployment.
