Responsibilities
- Define future-state client solutions enabled by Salesforce and lead technical roles on engagements.
- Assess digital solution, integration, and enterprise architecture components; evaluate options and design solutions aligned with strategic and operational requirements.
- Lead technical design for project implementations with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA.
- Develop solution options and recommendations for bids, support pre-sales, and deliver client demonstrations.
- Contribute to Salesforce business growth and lead CRM technology thought leadership in Ireland.
- Share architecture knowledge, assets, and best practices with EMEA teams.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience scoping, designing, and implementing technology-enabled B2B and/or B2C transformation programmes.
- Significant experience ideally gained with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform technical architecture and the ability to explain it to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with technology alliance go-to-market activities and consulting sales cycles is preferred.
- Strong technology experience, stakeholder management, solution design, and communication skills.
