Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in artificial intelligence.
- Translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones for department growth.
- Help position the new department for rapid growth and a potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
