Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS systems.
- Develop and deploy cross-system integrations using C#, Java, and Python.
- Perform database administration and optimize SQL scripts and stored procedures for Oracle and SQL Server.
- Gather requirements from business teams and implement workflow and process improvements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot real-time issues, and support IT security and audit compliance.
- Support WMS acceptance and delivery for new warehouses, including customizations, user access, incident management, and codebase and server maintenance.
- Maintain OpenShift container environments and manage integration lifecycles across ERP, WMS, and BPM systems.
- Diagnose API latency, transaction failures, and data inconsistencies across integrated platforms.
- Manage business processes, approval matrices, organizational structures, and user permissions in Nintex/K2-BPM.
- Document requirements, implement workflow code, perform functional testing, and develop business reports and ad-hoc analytics tools.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle Database, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
- Prior experience with enterprise workflow/BPM systems, preferably Nintex, and WMS operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience with IBM iPaaS or similar integration platforms, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Oracle-based WMS systems in production.
