Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into services with solid code and meaningful tests.
- Write and maintain high-quality backend code following engineering best practices.
- Proactively tune performance and troubleshoot incidents.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineering teams.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle Java and/or Python application development.
- Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and system integration.
- Knowledge of event processing, multithreading, enterprise integration patterns, and web services.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native deployment.
- Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools.
- Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
