Responsibilities
- Design and ship features across the Rewards domain to encourage member engagement.
- Contribute to React Native mobile experiences and backend topics for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Maintain an aggressive development cadence, turning hypotheses into live experiments quickly.
- Utilize AI to automate tasks and enhance code generation for optimal customer impact.
- Drive product direction by contributing to the hypothesis backlog based on customer behavior data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Willingness to engage with backend APIs and services.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow and product development.
- Understanding of how loyalty integrates throughout the user experience.
