Base Salary
$205k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship scalable features across frontend UI, backend services, and APIs.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Design and evolve backend systems, APIs, data models, and services for web and mobile clients.
- Build performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend experiences using React and modern web technologies.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, shared components, engineering standards, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Design and optimize relational data models in Postgres and improve system performance and observability.
- Own features end-to-end from discovery and design through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience building production software with meaningful full-stack or cross-stack contributions.
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend experience building and consuming APIs, with production exposure to TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and/or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience designing relational schemas and working with Postgres.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
- Product mindset focused on usability, performance, quality, and measurable impact.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering partners and taking ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
