Base Salary
$81k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, test, and debug software for complex and critical components.
- Collaborate on project requirements, software design, specifications, and code reviews.
- Provide technical expertise, domain subject matter expertise, and guidance to team members.
- Research and propose solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
- Assess and adopt new technologies and software development practices.
- Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- At least one software programming language and familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
- Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Willingness to own complex technical challenges.
- Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training are preferred.
