Base Salary
$100k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI solutions for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, predictive insights, intelligent alerting, and automated remediation.
- Develop AIOps frameworks, self-healing systems, AI-driven automation, and operational assistants using LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Architect end-to-end observability across logs, metrics, traces, and events, including custom integrations and enhancements for observability platforms.
- Build scalable platform components, APIs, dashboards, automation tooling, developer-first instrumentation and diagnostics tools, and full-stack solutions.
- Lead observability architecture, infrastructure-as-code, observability-as-code, automated deployment pipelines, and resilient cloud-native systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, shape product strategy, and collaborate with architecture, platform, security, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience building software, platforms, or automation solutions, with emphasis on observability and distributed systems.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and OTEL.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, or React.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, AI workflows, or AI-native applications.
- Proven experience delivering AI-driven automation and AIOps solutions and integrating LLMs, orchestration frameworks, or AI pipelines into production systems.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, API development, event-driven systems, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments across Linux and Windows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- The role requires a background investigation and has no supervisory responsibilities.
