Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis, architecture, development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise applications.
- Design cloud-native or hybrid architectures with scalability, resilience, security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Guide cloud migration initiatives and implement governance, compliance, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership.
- Design and execute integration, regression, and performance tests and remediate defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee production releases, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous feedback.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I or II certification is required, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or SSCP.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- 10–14 years of experience with network applications and database systems is required.
- Experience with Agile/DevSecOps methodologies, AWS, and Oracle is required.
- Candidates must be able to maintain the required security clearances and be willing to travel as needed for meetings and training.
