Responsibilities
- Champion and implement security best practices and automated tooling for secure development.
- Integrate security into the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Consult and teach security concepts to various groups within the company.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the security of the engineering ecosystem.
- Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and integrate specialized security tools for AI/ML systems.
- Stay informed on AI security threats and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to security incident response activities involving AI systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical experience with software security.
- Comfortable writing code to integrate security tools.
- Expertise in security domains such as backend, mobile, web, and machine learning.
- Strong foundation in cryptography, cloud security, and application security.
- Ability to explain security concepts to non-expert audiences.
- Experience in agile environments and adaptability to change.
- Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, Scala, C++, and TypeScript.
- Experience with generative AI tools for software engineering tasks.
- Good understanding of security risks and vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems.
- Demonstrable experience with security research on AI/ML systems.
- Experience integrating security tooling into production systems at scale.
- Familiarity with common agentic AI frameworks.
