Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using MEAN/MERN technologies and Python FastAPI.
Develop and maintain applications that support data exploration, visualization, and reporting.
Build clean, responsive, accessible, scalable, and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces.
Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
Develop and deploy applications using container technologies.
Work with microservices, API-first development, API integrations, and JSON data handling.
Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to translate data into user-focused application experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with demonstrable projects.
At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with Python and preferably FastAPI.
Experience with the MEAN or MERN stack, including Node.js, Express.js, Angular or React, and MongoDB.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and Sass.
Experience building responsive, scalable, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Preferred experience with UI component libraries such as Material UI or Hero UI.
Preferred experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise applications.

Hybrid work with flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in the office.
Colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
Office-based teams identify at least one weekly anchor day for in-person collaboration.
