Base Salary

$134k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain GitLab and Subversion.
  • Architect and deliver company-wide DevOps pipeline operations for automated CI/CD software releases.
  • Create and maintain Docker images and containers.
  • Identify and automate manual processes.
  • Enhance build infrastructure, deployment, and DevOps processes.
  • Develop and maintain software installation tools, processes, packages, and DevOps policies.
  • Work with JIRA and SharePoint tools and platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to stakeholders and collaborate with software development groups and senior leadership.
  • Determine methods and procedures independently for significant or special assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 12+ years of experience managing diverse DevOps operations and tools, including GitLab or GitHub, branching, tagging, merging, and release management oversight.
  • 5+ years of experience with containerization, using Docker or ECS, plus orchestration and service discovery on Windows and Linux hosts.
  • Experience with one or more major cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
  • Demonstrated success delivering applications in mid-size corporations with 2,000 or more staff.
  • Strong scripting skills.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, listening, collaboration, communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required; applicants must satisfy applicable ITAR/EAR U.S.-person or export-license requirements.
