Responsibilities

  • Develop technical concepts, system specifications, and interface designs for Online Charging Systems and connected systems.
  • Install, configure, operate, and continuously improve complex production systems and services.
  • Monitor availability, performance, and capacity while engineering resilience, redundancy, and failover capabilities.
  • Perform hands-on incident, problem, and root-cause analysis using logs, metrics, and monitoring data.
  • Analyze and implement requirements involving charging, rating, billing, and related business logic.
  • Manage software upgrades, migrations, production rollouts, and coordination with external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Expertise deploying, configuring, and managing Kubernetes clusters in private-cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of Online Charging Systems, Converged Charging Systems, rating and billing logic, and telecom-specific protocols.
  • Ability to write technical specifications, design APIs and interfaces, and perform complex software integration.
  • Advanced log and metric analysis skills and experience diagnosing complex production incidents involving high-throughput telecom traffic.
  • Strong knowledge of high-availability engineering, redundant systems, failover mechanisms, capacity planning, and proactive monitoring.
  • Experience with software upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and collaboration with suppliers and international cross-functional teams.
