Responsibilities
- Drive post-sales integration projects for new and existing partners.
- Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions.
- Design and present tailored integration project plans.
- Track and report on project logs and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on partner launch success.
- Connect Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Provide ongoing integration support for partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles in fintech.
- Proven track record of implementing complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with payment processing concepts and PCI compliance.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and debugging techniques.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
