Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement flight modes and control features for drones.
- Port and tune sensors and control algorithms across flight stacks.
- Build vehicle-side datalink and payload integrations for new platforms.
- Instrument the vehicle and run bench and flight-test iterations.
- Write unit and integration tests for firmware and collaborate on testing execution.
Requirements
- Strong embedded C programming skills on resource-constrained microcontrollers.
- Hands-on experience with flight stacks like PX4 or Betaflight.
- Understanding of flight-control fundamentals and sensor integration.
- Proven ability to debug hardware-coupled problems in flight.
- Ability to take ownership of problems from ambiguous goals to flying firmware.
