Base Salary
$125k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop GNSS and multi-sensor navigation algorithms for embedded applications with robust performance in challenging environments.
- Design, implement, validate, and document precision positioning and sensor fusion solutions using GNSS, IMU, and complementary sensors.
- Collaborate with embedded software teams to integrate, test, and optimize navigation algorithms in production systems.
- Troubleshoot field issues, resolve root causes, and drive continuous product improvement with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of GNSS R&D experience in industry or research environments.
- At least 3 years of experience developing embedded real-time software in C/C++ for GNSS, navigation, or related systems.
- Strong expertise in GNSS measurement processing, navigation algorithms, ambiguity resolution, Least Squares, Kalman Filtering, estimation techniques, and precise positioning corrections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience; an M.Sc. or PhD is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes multi-sensor fusion with GNSS, IMU, wheel odometry, cameras, LiDAR, or other navigation sensors.
- Familiarity with GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, GLONASS, and satellite-based correction services is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
