Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering and test automation activities.
- Design and implement automated testing solutions using automation frameworks and tools.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Identify process improvements and implement testing best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation and quality assurance issues.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional testing objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve quality processes for testing accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
