Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering practices to improve system reliability, availability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage system architecture and infrastructure, including automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management.
- Experience with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
