Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead development and implementation of architectural frameworks for scalable software solutions.
- Guide teams through software design and delivery and make team-level technical decisions.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize development processes and product quality.
- Address performance, scalability, and other technical problems across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality through development best practices and code reviews.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
