Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML applications using Python, Java, FastAPI, Spring AI, asynchronous programming, foundation models, and fine-tuning.
- Design and implement RAG, vector database, advanced retrieval, prompt engineering, workflow design, GenAI optimization, and multi-agent systems.
- Build production APIs and deploy AI solutions using Docker, cloud-native architectures, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop data engineering pipelines and systems covering ETL/ELT, data storage, batch and stream processing, data modeling, governance, and big data technologies.
- Work with enterprise-scale agile delivery and provide stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Apply DevOps, CI/CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and observability practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML development, including Python, FastAPI, Java, Spring AI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and fine-tuning.
- Experience with Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Llama, local models, Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and LangGraph.
- Experience building RAG and advanced retrieval systems using PostgreSQL and vector databases.
- Deep data engineering experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, warehouses, lakes, batch and stream processing, data modeling, governance, and big data technologies.
- Proven experience with cloud-native architecture and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with React or Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the SAFe Agile framework and enterprise-scale agile delivery.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, container orchestration, and observability tools.
- Experience in large-scale financial-services enterprise environments and strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
