Responsibilities
- Direct adoption of AI design tools including v0.dev, bolt.new, and Lovable to accelerate application development.
- Define and enforce technical standards for scalable, performant, accessible, production-ready full-stack applications.
- Lead integration of Figma design systems with AI-driven development and automated design-to-development handoffs.
- Optimize ticket-driven Jira workflows, team velocity, and enterprise-level technical documentation.
- Bridge Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee backend services, SQL/NoSQL data strategies, OAuth and JWT authentication, and RESTful API implementation.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor developers and AI builders while providing strategic technical leadership across the concept-to-production pipeline.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of full-stack development experience and at least 3+ years in a management capacity.
- Experience implementing AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, or similar platforms within professional engineering teams.
- Experience with workflow automation such as N8N; startup or rapid-prototyping experience is advantageous.
- Deep expertise in React, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, Python, PHP, and Node.js.
- Expertise in design systems, design tokens, Tailwind, Figma, component libraries, and frontend development.
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, deployment workflows, enterprise security patterns, API design, REST, GraphQL, server-side logic, and database management.
- Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, and security best practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership of complex full-stack applications built with AI-augmented methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, innovation mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
