Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions, coordinate software component integration, and address project risks.
- Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java-based back-end frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to implement scalable and maintainable code architectures.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
