Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Develop robust cloud-based solutions in collaboration with digital product managers.
- Use Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and establish standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks with architects.
- Identify improvement opportunities, refactor systems, reduce technical debt, and optimize performance.
- Influence long-term technology strategy and mentor members of the engineering community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, excluding internships.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred experience includes a master's degree, 7+ years coding with multiple listed languages, database systems, cloud platforms, open-source frameworks, front-end frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, Git-based version control, cloud troubleshooting, observability, AI coding tools, mentoring, and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
