Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide functional guidance and support for AIMS and supporting technologies through phone, email, instant messaging, or on-site assistance.
- Develop documentation and deliver training on new and existing system features to associates, supervisors, and managers.
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend new system capabilities.
- Prepare requirements documents and functional specifications, and review and approve technical specifications.
- Create and execute test scripts for new and existing features.
- Support new system implementations and communicate with functional groups and external customers.
Requirements
- Preferred experience of 4–8 years in supply chain operations, warehouse management systems, or associated technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and installation is required; AIMS experience is a plus.
- Functional understanding or exposure to parcel systems, electronic signature capture, AS/RS technology, RFID, drug pedigree management, transportation management, dock management, or labor management is preferred.
- Ability to understand business processes across all stages of the supply chain and communicate effectively with all management levels.
- Detail orientation, independence, strong oral and presentation skills, and ability to travel as needed.
