Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Node.js backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Build scalable, reusable, and responsive frontend components using Vue.js or React.
- Architect maintainable end-to-end solutions across server-side and client-side systems.
- Design, index, and optimize data models and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement Vuex or Pinia state management and frontend performance optimizations.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive technical debt reduction, architectural improvements, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, client engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement caching, logging, monitoring, and OWASP Top 10 security best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience with hands-on Node.js and Vue.js or React expertise.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming patterns.
- Professional English proficiency for technical discussions, documentation, and direct communication with international clients.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and full-stack problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions, drive architectural discussions, and develop other engineers.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka is preferred.
- Knowledge of Next.js or Nuxt.js is preferred.
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred.
