Responsibilities
- Own the long-term technical health and success of your business unit.

Requirements
- Expert in building distributed systems with a primary stack of Python/Django, React, and Postgres.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong leadership skills, leading through influence rather than authority.
- Ability to anticipate future roadblocks and build systems for long-term growth.
- Comfortable guiding technical direction across JVM languages and cloud-native infrastructure.
