Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for AWS partners in Latin America and architect applied AI and Amazon Connect solutions.
- Collaborate with partners and internal go-to-market teams to design, validate, and deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Create reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, presentations, and other technical content.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to partner teams and the Solutions Architect community.
- Translate customer and partner feedback into requirements for AWS product and engineering teams.
- Review architectures, conduct deep-dive design sessions, and support partner and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, or experience in a professional or military field.
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Contact center experience.
- Preferred: experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, working with end-user or developer communities, and working with vendors or partners.
