Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows and integration pipelines.
Develop and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 integrations, and data transformations.
Integrate ERP, CRM, HR, Microsoft 365, and custom platforms using automation and iPaaS-style patterns.
Identify repetitive processes, run workshops with business teams, and translate findings into automated solutions.
Write custom business logic in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Maintain workflow reliability, error handling, retry logic, and production observability.
Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, technical documentation, and runbooks.
Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams in an Agile environment.

3–5 years of experience in software development, API integration, or process automation.
Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation tools.
Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
Ability to write and read JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for custom automation logic.
Ability to map, question, and re-engineer business processes.
Strong communication skills for working directly with business stakeholders.
Preferred familiarity with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, DevOps tooling, CI/CD workflows, RPA, AI-powered automation, enterprise platforms, event-driven architectures, ITIL, or BPM.
Preferred experience with GitHub Actions, automated testing pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, OpenAI API, AI Builder, Copilot integrations, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Azure Service Bus.
