Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure development tools and infrastructure.
- Build, test, monitor, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement reliability and security improvements.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Document processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members in adopting technical best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
