Principle AI Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design, customer workshops, whiteboarding, and deep-dive architecture sessions.
- Design scalable Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce architectures integrated with hyperscalers, data lakes, external agents, CRM systems, and governance frameworks.
- Map and integrate external agents such as Copilot and Gemini through MCP, A2A, APIs, and other interoperability standards.
- Configure conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder, including integrations with external voice channels.
- Lead prompt design, testing, monitoring, iteration, and agent lifecycle strategy.
- Build hands-on prototypes, demos, demo templates, whitepapers, enablement sessions, and technical documentation.
- Advise on data modeling, identity resolution, data graphs, real-time and batch patterns, activation strategies, compliance, and governance.
- Create knowledge bases and FAQ resources and serve as a central technical resource for internal specialist teams.
- Occasionally support post-sale proof-of-value engagements by tuning agents and guiding customers toward self-sufficient enablement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI architectures in technical pre-sales or consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI, with the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
- Deep expertise with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift, along with batch, streaming, and CDC ingestion patterns.
- Programming proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or R, and experience with pandas or Jupyter.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills with strong presentation and stakeholder-guidance abilities.
- Preferred: hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience and deep fluency with Data 360 and core Salesforce platform services.
- Preferred: experience integrating Salesforce with external agents through APIs, MCP, and A2A.
- Preferred: familiarity with prompt governance, observability, monitoring frameworks, hyperscaler SDKs, Salesforce Flows, conversational voice pipelines, and multimodal integrations.
- Preferred: exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps practices, Google Vertex AI, or AWS SageMaker.
