Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve solutions into cohesive applications.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing, responsive frontend features that support complex use cases and large datasets.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and integrating software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government end-users to understand requirements and translate them into software features.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at customer integration sites in secure operational environments.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 7 years of work experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence community missions.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience building responsive interfaces, rendering large datasets, and applying performance-focused techniques.
- Ability to learn and adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, prior U.S. military service with relevant planning and battle-monitoring experience, and location in or willingness to relocate to a listed STR location.
