Responsibilities
- Understand the features and capabilities of different AI models.
- Understand the features and requirements of different business domains.
- Provide solutions for integrating AI models into business domains.
- Maintain high system availability and throughput.
- Improve technology best practices and conduct code reviews for peers.
- Build and maintain AI infrastructure and platform systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience developing AI Agent or RAG engineering solutions.
- Experience with microservices and API development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Python, or LangChain.
- Knowledge of multithreading and distributed architecture.
- Understanding of mainstream messaging frameworks, including Kafka.
- Knowledge of different databases, including vector databases.
