Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build relationships by presenting and supporting the sale of Esri software and solutions.
- Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in local government GIS applications.
- Proactively craft and propose solutions that address customer challenges using GIS technology.
- Design and deliver presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide configuration guidance and best practices to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation and spatial analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in local government.
- Broad knowledge of ArcGIS in an IT context, including hardware and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment.
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Programming experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
