Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and other frameworks.
- Lead regression testing efforts across various business systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage.
- Partner with developers and analysts to implement shift-left testing practices.
- Define and track quality metrics and report on quality health.
- Perform exploratory and risk-based testing on high-impact areas.
- Triage, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline health by maintaining automated test stability.
- Continuously improve test infrastructure and QA processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA or software testing experience, with 2 years in enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar test automation frameworks.
- Experience designing and executing regression test strategies for integrated systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform testing, including Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Experience testing integration workflows between systems.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted testing tools.
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman.
- Ability to read and understand application code.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
