Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services in Go.
- Develop and maintain microservices for connectivity and data synchronization.
- Build resilient systems using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases focusing on performance and reliability.
- Work with messaging systems to ensure reliable communication between services.
- Debug and resolve complex issues across multiple services.
- Investigate production incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and scalable system design.
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Solid knowledge of Docker, AWS, and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architecture.
- Deep understanding of debugging and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
- Experience maintaining system observability through logs and metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership of issues.
