Base Salary
$148k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-backed product capabilities for personalized insights.
- Own evaluation, quality, and safety for AI workflows.
- Integrate LLMs with personalization and understanding layers.
- Contribute to a multi-LLM and reasoning platform.
- Build robust, observable, and cost-aware systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and design teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend or ML language, preferably Python.
- Demonstrated ability to own systems end-to-end from problem framing to deployment.
- Experience working in product-facing teams and shipping to real users.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing AI/LLM domain with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
