Base Salary
$142k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain user-facing features in React Native mobile apps.
- Design and implement performant and scalable mobile components.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch features.
- Contribute to platform improvements, including tooling and performance monitoring.
- Work with backend engineers to define mobile-specific APIs.
- Identify and resolve performance or reliability issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
- Support a strong mobile engineering culture through mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience building applications in React Native.
- Familiarity with at least one native platform (Swift/Objective-C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android).
- Understanding of mobile performance and memory management.
- Effective communication with cross-functional partners.
- Ownership of work and ability to deliver complex features.
- Balance speed and quality in engineering solutions.
