Base Salary
$190k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services with strong performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, launch, deployment, and maintenance.
- Review code, design documents, product specifications, and mocks while providing constructive feedback.
- Define standards, improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience in a scalable computing environment.
- Ability to own projects end to end from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-directed, innovative, action-oriented approach in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
