Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation engagements, including demos and pilots, to win technical decisions and drive customer commitment to Copilot and Agents.
- Develop documented adoption plans and coordinate handoffs to Customer Success and partners for usage onboarding.
- Support AI Workforce SSP hunting, lead qualification, customer engagement, and partner co-sell opportunities.
- Provide technical support for ME3 and ME5 upsell opportunities focused on Teams Phone and coordinate partner co-sell involvement.
- Generate pipeline and competitive wins for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, ME3, and Frontline Worker solutions through demos and envisioning sessions.
- Design scalable, secure, and modular architectures aligned with customer enterprise strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Maintain deal hygiene by recording technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX, attaching partners to qualified deals, and escalating unresolved technical blockers.
- Provide structured feedback to engineering and sales leadership and contribute deal insights, coaching, and team learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead complex technical engagements involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Experience designing secure, scalable solutions and guiding customers through AI transformation and adoption.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations, envisioning sessions, architecture guidance, and consultative sales support.
- Willingness to achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical depth certifications and participate in ongoing coaching and knowledge sharing.
