Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear target-state architecture for enterprise business domains.
- Translate business strategy into phased roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Lead domain discovery workshops to define ownership and interfaces.
- Map end-to-end process and data flows to identify bottlenecks.
- Build prototypes and validate architecture decisions through hands-on technical work.
- Run the architecture decision-making process and present to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/LLM capabilities in business processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or business systems transformation.
- Proven ability to translate vision into execution with measurable outcomes.
- Strong systems thinking across business processes and data architecture.
- Hands-on technical depth, including coding and working with APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Good understanding of AI/LLM systems and their enterprise applications.
