Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Calculation Procedures.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, Triggers, and other custom Salesforce solutions.
- Build scalable and reusable components for customer-facing and internal applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications through REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, performance optimization, and production release support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce OmniStudio development.
- Strong hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Strong Salesforce development skills with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with Communications, Media, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services Cloud implementations.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
